Hello! My name is Corbie Gomez and I work at the Calloway County Health Department. I am now deemed a qualified Spanish interpreter by the State of Kentucky and can now assist all of our Hispanic patients/clients in their own language.
With the coronavirus pandemic (COVID19), you may be feeling scared, but there are some simple steps that you can take to reduce the risk of exposure.
1. Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
2. Stay at home and only go out to get your basic needs.
3. Do not attend any gatherings of any kind and when you are out in the public, stay at least 6 feet away from others.
4. Wear a cloth face covering when you are in public.
5. Cover your cough and sneezes.
6. Clean and disinfect surfaces and highly touched places such as remote controls and door knobs.
